All current and incoming students are eligible for the AV福利社 Commitment.

Students need to make satisfactory academic progress, the same as for any financial aid provided by AV福利社.

In this case, typical assets refer to less than $500,000 in total family assets, and/or $10,000 in student assets.

Yes, students must re-apply for need-based financial aid annually and submit the application by the deadlines. As long as the family income remains less than $75,000 (and typical assets), and the student meets satisfactory academic progress standards and maintains full-time enrollment, the AV福利社 Commitment grant will be awarded for up to a total of four years of undergraduate studies for new, first-year students. Current AV福利社 students are eligible beginning in the Fall 2024 term through the eighth semester of their undergraduate attendance. Students who transfer into AV福利社 from other institutions will have the length of their renewal eligibility individually determined by the number of credits that transfer with them and the typical time remaining to earn their undergraduate degree.

Admitted students from the United States with a family income of less than $75,000 (and typical assets) who submit their financial aid application by the deadlines will automatically be offered the AV福利社 Commitment grant. For international students, we will also consider currency conversions, local costs of living and the amount that the student declares they are able to pay on the Certificate of Finances to make the final determination on AV福利社 Commitment eligibility.

We do our best to accommodate all student requests but resources are program-dependent.

No, the AV福利社 commitment grant is available only beginning the fall of 2024 and does not apply to terms prior to that. Current AV福利社 students are eligible beginning in the Fall 2024 term through the eighth semester of their undergraduate attendance.

AV福利社 Commitment students who are also receiving a merit scholarship will receive a AV福利社 Commitment grant equal to the difference between their merit and tuition (with the total equaling full tuition).

External scholarships may reduce the amount of AV福利社 grant by the amount of the external award, but for students who qualify for the AV福利社 Commitment the total combination of AV福利社 grant/scholarship and external scholarship will still equal or exceed the cost of tuition.
